1. Use of website

This website (the “Site”) is owned by Askdoctord (hereinafter “Company”) and is operated for your non-commercial use and information. The company offers you access to the site based strictly on the terms set forth in these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “terms”). The company may modify these terms at any time. Amended terms are effective upon being posted. You should, therefore, review these terms from time to time. Your access and use of the site or the service after the effective date of amended terms means that you have accepted the amended terms. You may only use the service in accordance with these terms. If you are not in agreement with any of the terms you should discontinue using the site.

The company attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing all products available for sale and/or distribution on the site. The company does not warrant however that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. 

Price and availability information provided on this site is subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in us dollars.

Product Listing errors are incorrect details about the product on the website. Some examples include price, images, descriptions, size, features, quantity, and what’s included. 

If we catch a listing error while processing your order, we’ll cancel your order. Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do, but it may be necessary when finding listing errors. If we need to cancel your order, we’ll send you an email with the reason for cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel the item(s) in accordance with our Terms of Service.
